The Williamson County Art Guild’s exhibit “Flavors of Texas” explores the varied topography of Texas, as well as the varied people of Texas due to having had Spanish,  Mexican, French, English, American flags, a Rio Grande Republican flag, and it’s very own Lone Star flag. Many cultures contribute to the varied foods, music, dance, and thus  rich cultural heritages have evolved that are explored in this exhibit.

Membership in the guild is open to artists of all ages working in any medium. Many members of the group are award-winning artists who have exhibited widely.

Opening reception is Friday, May 19th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome. Two of my artworks will be on display (poppy and bluebonnet).
