SHIPPING
All original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. I send all purchases via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Orders ship 3-5 business days after purchase.
Orders outside the continental US may owe an additional shipping fee after purchase. You can email me with your postal code to get an exact shipping quote before purchasing. Additional shipping costs may apply for international orders, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery. Please be aware that delays caused by customs are outside of my control.
Please double-check your shipping information during checkout. Rooted Expressions Studio is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
I cannot replace any order for free if the shipping address provided is incorrect. This can happen occasionally, and in most cases, the package will be returned to the studio. If this occurs, I am happy to resend it to your correct address, but ask that you cover the cost of postage.
If the shipping address is correct and you believe your package has been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service directly. Unfortunately, I am unable to intervene in issues related to failed deliveries or theft.
I package everything with care, however I cannot control transit. Any damaged artwork must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in.
RETURNS
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: Investing in an artwork is a big decision and I want you to be totally in love with the piece you choose. For this reason, I do offer “Sleep Overs” with my artwork if you are in or around the Austin area. Choose your favorite piece, email me at rootedexpressions@gmail.com, and I will personally deliver it for you to enjoy for the night.
If you purchase and piece within the Continental US and are not 100% satisfied, I offer a 7-day return window for original artworks. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. You must return the piece in the same condition in which it was received and in the same packaging. Returns will be processed minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Please note you will be responsible for any damages that occur during transit. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when returning an item.
Please refer to our commission contract for the return policy on custom work as it differs from original artwork terms.
GIFT SHOP ITEMS: Please open and inspect your items (greeting cards, prints, silk accessories, ornaments, etc.) immediately upon receiving them. I accept returns and exchanges on prints within 7 days of receipt. If you do not contact me within 7 days, I will be unable to process a return, so please be prompt! However, this timeline is flexible during the winter holiday season.
If you wish to return an item, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the cost of the item. I am happy to facilitate exchanges, but the restocking fee for the original item will still apply.
SALE ITEMS: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

REFUNDS
ONLINE COURSES: I want you to find joy and fulfillment in this course. Please make your best effort to review and absorb the content designed for your success. However, if you feel this course isn't right for you, follow these steps:
If you decide to withdraw from the course within 7 days of the start date (by the 7th day at 11:59 EST), you may request a refund, which will automatically withdraw you from the course.
Please note that if a customer has completed more than 85% of the course and has downloaded all of the provided materials, no refund will be issued regardless of the 7 day return policy. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, as full participation in the course indicates significant usage of its content.
After day 7, refunds will not be issued, and all payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for full payment of the fees, regardless of program completion. If you selected a payment plan and fail to request a refund within 7 days with the required coursework, you are legally obligated to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
