Terms of Service

All artwork, images, and graphics are the exclusive property of Laura Fox-Wallis and may not be used by any third party without written permission. Copying, reproducing, or distributing artwork created by Laura Fox-Wallis (as seen on RootedExpressions.com or elsewhere) is strictly prohibited without the artist’s written consent.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK: Rooted Expressions Studio retains all rights to the artwork until it has been purchased by a private or public collector. Once purchased, the collector is granted the right to display the artwork in their home or business. However, Rooted Expressions Studio retains all rights to the image of the artwork, including those of sold and commissioned original paintings.

Rooted Expressions Studio reserves the right to reproduce any and all artwork created by Laura Fox-Wallis unless the collector has purchased full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to the original piece. If you own an original painting and would like to discuss purchasing additional rights, displaying the work publicly, or negating my right to reproduce it, please contact Laura at RootedExpressions.com.

Collectors of reproduction prints have the right to display the artwork in their home or business but do not retain any additional rights to the artwork.

Any image of an interior that includes the artwork and is featured in third-party publications (such as social media, magazines, or books) must include proper attribution (artwork title and artist’s name).

All other uses of the artwork or images must be agreed upon in writing in advance.

COURSE CONTENT: All content (videos, workbooks, course written content, audio, and otherwise) is the exclusive property of Laura Fox-Wallis. Students enrolled in any course (free or paid) may view, print, download, and consume content as directed. Sharing this content with outside parties is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the course, with the possibility of further legal action.

COURSEWORK: The patterns and worksheets included in the content are vital to your success. Print and work through them, but refrain from sharing them with others, as it constitutes a clear violation of these terms and conditions. Completed coursework may be shared with a business partner, employee, trusted advisor, or partner, but distributing course content is grounds for legal action.

ACCOUNT

SECURITY: Your account is personal and should not be shared with others, including friends or partners. Rooted Expressions Studio does not retain login information and may not be able to assist you in re-entering your account. While I prioritize security, I can provide a link to reset your Squarespace password if needed.

IMAGES AND ARTWORK: All images, video, graphics, and artwork on this platform are either owned, photographed, or created by Laura Fox-Wallis. Media not copyrighted by Rooted Expressions Studio will be duly credited.

Rooted Expressions Studio will not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments from past and current site users within Squarespace or associated sites without explicit written consent from all parties.
Past and current site users must not publicly share any personal information, posts, or comments within Squarespace or associated sites without explicit written consent from all parties.
Email or social media correspondence between past and current site users and Rooted Expressions Studio may not be shared publicly without explicit written consent from all parties.

Violation of our privacy policy will lead to immediate termination of the student/member's course access.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the website and services. By using the website and services and by agreeing to this agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
