This one day silk painting workshop will give you a valuable foundation to begin your new obsession creating wearable silk art. Participants will focus on basic techniques and processes of silk painting. Various techniques such as salt, alcohol, resist, color mixing, and the flow of dye on silk will be introduced as you create a 14” x 72” silk scarf detailing gorgeous, brightly colored shapes and textures.
