Break free of traditional resist lines in silk painting!

Enter my course Beyond the Line: The Silk Sizing Technique. It is the ultimate how-to course, taking all of the guesswork out of the Silk Sizing Method so you can get straight to creating beautiful, realistic silk paintings without resist lines.

What do you get inside this course?

The Silk Sizing Technique is for anyone interested in silk painting. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or professional this is the ideal place to learn and expand your knowledge.

Meet your instructor.

Hello! My name is Laura, and I have been silk painting since 2006. By chance, I was introduced to silk painting while teaching high school art, it was a magical experience! I haven’t stopped painting on silk since. I have gained years of knowledge from exploring, experimenting, and learning everything silk has to offer.

The week before the world shut down, I was in Seattle working with Master Silk Painter and creator of the Sistek Sizing Method, Karen Sistek. It was an incredible experience that changed my silk painting forever! Karen has become a dear friend and mentor to me.

With her blessing, I am sharing everything I know in the course, because we value community over competition. Learning how to create silk paintings with out the boundary of the resist lines has allowed me to create very realistic, detailed silk paintings. I want to share that same opportunity with YOU.

See you on the inside!
